Sara Pulliam, FNP
Sara Pulliam is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a native of Pennsylvania, who joined Allergy Partners in September 2025. She began her journey in healthcare at the age of 16 as an EMT, later earning her CNA license while still in high school. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University and continued her education at South University to earn her Master of Science in Nursing.
With years of experience and a strong background in emergency medicine and urgent care, Sara is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families. Her early start in the medical field has given her a unique perspective and a lifelong dedication to helping others during both routine and urgent moments of need.
Outside of her practice, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children. Together, they love boating on Lake Anna, taking bike rides, and making the most of the outdoors as a family.
