Board-certified Allergist/Immunologist Opportunities
Advance Practice Provider Opportunities
Allergy Partners is the nation’s largest single-specialty practice specializing in allergic disease and asthma. Our size provides physicians with not only the support of our entire team to grow their practice, but the ability to live and work in several dynamic communities across the country.
We’re seeking collegial, compassionate and talented professionals to join our practice.
Energetic, entrepreneurial physicians at any stage of their career can join one of our existing locations, to enjoy the benefits of our network while maintaining clinical autonomy. We offer a competitive salary plus bonus potential, with an opportunity for equity ownership that is unmatched in our specialty. We are open to conversations with mid-career physicians as well as Fellows as early as their first year of fellowship.
Founded and led by physicians, we understand the complexity facing private practices across the United States. With more than 40 years of specialty experience, we have seen how these challenges can stand in the way of patient care. That’s why we have developed a model specifically designed to meet the needs of growing allergy and immunology practices, while still maintaining clinical autonomy.
We are open to conversations with physicians who are interested in aligning their practice with Allergy Partners and continue to practice, as well as with physicians on a retirement track.
If you are a Fellow or practicing physician interested in opening a brand new location outside our footprint, give us a call. Our team will evaluate markers such as patient need and population to determine whether a de novo location is in our mutual interest. If so, starting up with Allergy Partners is a great head start to a new location, as we will negotiate the lease, hire staff, provide marketing and operations support to put you in the best position for success.
The Benefits of Becoming an Allergy Partner Provider
Allergy Partners is not just a name, it’s how we do business. Our corporation is owned and operated by our shareholder physicians, and all new physicians are given a clear pathway to achieve shareholder status in about 3-5 years. All shareholders are subject to the same contractual provisions and have equal ownership, voting rights and control of the company. Our eleven-member Board of Directors is comprised of shareholders, and our operations and clinical excellence committees are open to all physicians. Participation on these committees is not only open but encouraged.
One of the strengths of Allergy Partners is the Regional Operation Managers Team - healthcare professionals qualified by education, practice training and work experience to lead physicians and practice managers in achieving excellence. These individuals provide consultation and recommendations to promote successful practices and individual physician performance, while supporting and advising the local operations team.
Allergy Partners supports our practices with the services and expertise of the Central Billing Office (CBO). The Credentialing Team is instrumental in the initial on-boarding of new providers, and helps manage renewal of licenses and active relationships with payors.
The Marketing Department supports our physicians and practices in all marketing and advertising initiatives to help build branding, awareness and growth initiatives. The team works hand-in-hand with physicians and managers to help build the practice by providing resources, tools and collaterals that ultimately drive new patients to the door.
