Dr. Pedicano was born and raised in Miami, FL. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University and received her medical degree from Medical College of Virginia at VCU where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Pedicano completed both her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.

She is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) and a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI). Dr. Pedicano is Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology. She has been named as “Top Doctor" in Arlington Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine and Virginia Living Magazine. She was named as “Top Vote Getter” for Best Allergist in Arlington Magazine in 2020.

Dr. Pedicano practiced allergy in the Chicago area for one year prior to moving to Northern Virginia in 2009. She has cared for patients in the DC metropolitan area since that time. She is experienced in treating both pediatric and adult patients with a variety of conditions including environmental allergies, asthma, sinus disease, food allergy, hives, eczema and other allergic disorders. Dr. Pedicano values the relationships she is able to develop with her patients and their families while working with them to improve their symptoms and quality of life.

Dr. Pedicano has 2 sons and an Australian Labradoodle named Wally. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, cooking, needlepoint and watching college basketball.
