Alan Aarons, MD

Dr. Aarons is board certified in Allergy/Immunology. He received a B.A. In Psychology at The George Washington University. Originally from Baltimore, he attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine and then moved to North Carolina for his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. After completing his Allergy/Immunology fellowship in Denver, Colorado he decided that Raleigh would be a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.

“I decided to specialize in Allergy because I was fascinated by the complexity and power of the immune system. I enjoy being able to work with both children and adults. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to care for many of my patients from childhood to adulthood, and then later caring for their children. I like to spend my free time with my family, watch ACC basketball, exercise and travel. I am excited to be part of Allergy Partners after practicing with Carolina Allergy and Asthma since 1995.”
