Join a Current Practice

Allergy Partners is the nation’s largest single-specialty practice specializing in allergic disease and asthma. Our size provides physicians with not only the support of our entire team to grow their practice, but the ability to live and work in several dynamic communities across the country.

We’re seeking collegial, compassionate and talented professionals to join our practice.

Energetic, entrepreneurial physicians at any stage of their career can join one of our existing locations, to enjoy the benefits of our network while maintaining clinical autonomy. We offer a competitive salary plus bonus potential, with an opportunity for equity ownership that is unmatched in our specialty. We are open to conversations with mid-career physicians as well as Fellows as early as their first year of fellowship.

Career Transitions and Acquisitions

Founded and led by physicians, we understand the complexity facing private practices across the United States. With more than 40 years of specialty experience, we have seen how these challenges can stand in the way of patient care. That’s why we have developed a model specifically designed to meet the needs of growing allergy and immunology practices, while still maintaining clinical autonomy.

We are open to conversations with physicians who are interested in aligning their practice with Allergy Partners and continue to practice, as well as with physicians on a retirement track.

Open a Practice

If you are a Fellow or practicing physician interested in opening a brand new location outside our footprint, give us a call. Our team will evaluate markers such as patient need and population to determine whether a de novo location is in our mutual interest. If so, starting up with Allergy Partners is a great head start to a new location, as we will negotiate the lease, hire staff, provide marketing and operations support to put you in the best position for success.
