Cynthia Johnson, MSN,FNP-C

Cynthia Johnson MSN, FNP-C is a native of Cleveland County. She received her ADN/ RN from Cleveland Community College, BSN from UNC-Charlotte, MSN in Public Health Nursing, and MSN/Family Nurse Practitioner from UNC-Charlotte. She has spent the entirety of her 25 years in healthcare committed to providing safe, quality, competent, and individualized care to the patients she serves. She spent 7 years as a School Health Nurse and achieved her National Certification in School Health Nursing.

Ms. Johnson has spent hundreds of hours volunteering and raising money for such organizations as The Junior Charity League of Shelby and The American Heart Association. She is a dedicated mother, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, painting and decorating
