Dr. Tim Trojan, a 5th generation Oklahoman, was raised in Enid, Oklahoma with a strong agriculture influence. Trojan attended Oklahoma State University graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance. The College of Business recognized him as the outstanding graduate and The Oklahoma State University Alumni Association selected him as the 2001 Outstanding Male Graduate of the entire university.
Following undergraduate studies, Trojan worked for a venture capital business unit in Houston, Texas. He elected to change career paths and pursued a career in healthcare. To complete his pre-medical requirements, he attended the University of Oklahoma.
Trojan received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas in 2008. He completed Internal Medicine residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital / University of Texas Southwestern / VA North Texas.
Trojan focused his training during a two year Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Parkland Memorial Hospital / University of Texas Southwestern / Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. The specialty training included research presentations at national meetings, academic journal publications, and clinical research focusing on informatics. After completion of his fellowship in 2013, Trojan was awarded his board certification in Allergy and Immunology and became a full member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
Since returning to Oklahoma, Trojan has become involved in the Oklahoma Department of Health’s New Born Screening program for Severe Combined Immunodeficiency, helped chair the OKC Food Allergy Walk, and given numerous lectures across the community. Trojan founded Allergy and Asthma Experts, PLLC and has joined Allergy Partners of Oklahoma to provide the highest quality care and to improve the lives of his fellow Oklahomans.
Elena received her training as a Physician Assistant at Idaho State University and graduated at the top of her class in 2003. Her experience includes working in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Urgent Care. Additionally, Elena has practiced in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology since 2010. She is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants and board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She continues to advance her depth of knowledge through medical journals, scientific meetings, and professional discussions with allergy and immunology experts around the country.
Elena tremendously enjoys supporting patients with asthma, allergies, and immunodeficiency and has significant experience in developing treatment plans to improve the quality of life of patients with food allergies. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, reading Classics with her children, and growing organic food.
Angela Long PA-C, an Oklahoma native, is excited to return to Enid and join Allergy Partners. Angela graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from Oklahoma State University in 2011. She attended the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Oklahoma and graduated with distinction in 2013.
She practiced at a large primary clinic in Rocky Mount, NC for 4 years, providing patient care for infants to seniors. She then worked as a primary care provider for the Navy in Norfolk, VA, where she cared for active duty military members and their families for 3 years.
Angela and her husband moved to Enid, OK in 2021. In her personal time, she enjoys running, gardening and spending time with her husband and their puppy, Kuma. She also enjoys going on overseas medical missions and has traveled to Africa and Nepal. She is committed to providing excellent care and improving the quality of life for her patients.
