Dr. Coleman has been with Allergy Partners of the Midlands since his completion of allergy training fellowship (University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics) in June, 2005. Before that, he trained in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, FL after graduating medical school from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
“Although I do follow the Iowa Hawkeye football team with some interest, my true loyalty lies with my undergraduate alma mater, the University of South Carolina Gamecocks, where I finished in 1996 summa cum laude, phi beta kappa, from the Honors College.”
Dr. Rodriguez became an allergist/immunologist because the specialty allows for improvement on a day-to-day quality of life for his patients. It also presents unique challenges that require further investigation and thought to help diagnose and treat his patients effectively.
“It is rewarding for me to be able to help my patients, ranging from infancy to adulthood, overcome conditions such as allergies, eczema, asthma and other allergic conditions.”
He strives to provide each patient with attentive care, as well as treatment that is guided by evidence and tailored to the individual. Dr. Rodriguez feels it is important to address patient concerns with patience and ensure each patient leaves his office with a better understanding of their health, as well as a clear understanding of their treatment plan.
