Dr. Michael Alvares was raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is a graduate of Grand Prairie High School and the University of Dallas. He then attended the University of Texas at Houston, where he received his medical school training. He then returned to Dallas and completed his Internal Medicine residency and fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at UT Southwestern.

Dr. Kamili completed her medical school in Government Medical College, Srinagar, India and graduated top of her class. After her medical training, she completed residency training in Dermatology at the same institution.

Dr Kamili spent one year in translational and clinical research at Baylor Institute of Immunology Research in Dallas, Texas. She then pursued her Internal Medicine Residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. This was followed by combined fellowship training in Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology. During the final year of training, she served as Chief Fellow for the program.

Dr Kamili has authored numerous peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, book chapters and articles. She has also published posters and presented talks at various local, national and international academic meetings. Her clinical interests include contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, immunotherapy and auto-immune diseases. She is trained in performing comprehensive patch testing for contact dermatitis and is a member of the American Contact Dermatitis Society. When not practicing medicine, she loves to travel, spend time with her husband and 2 daughters, and fiddle with new technologies.

Dr. Moore is Board Certified in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and Pediatrics; he attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed his residency training at the University of Colorado Medical School at Denver, in Pediatrics. He completed combined Fellowship training at the University of Colorado Medical School at Denver in Pediatric Pulmonology and the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology

Dr. Moore and his wife have been associated with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra for more than 40 years. They enjoy cooking with their Cordon Bleu trained son. Snow skiing days are over, but he remains committed to exercise.

Dr. Milan Sljivich is a native of Paraguay where he graduated Valedictorian of his class at the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion Medical School. After finishing medical school, he completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

Returning to his native country, Dr. Sljivich maintained a private practice for a few years before joining Premier Allergy & Asthma Associates in 1999. Dr. Sljivich also served as a Consultant / Attending for Allergic and Immunologic Disease at the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion, School of Medicine in Paraguay. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Serb-Croatian.

Dr. Sljivich is especially interested in helping our patients with chronic sinus disease, urticaria, eczema and asthma. A devoted family man, Dr. Sljivich has four children. He enjoys tennis and closely follows his son’s college soccer team.
