Well there were 3 separate and distinct ragweed pollens on the rods. Three pollens for 3 days would be 1 pollen per day. That number is divided by 3.12 to get to the number of ragweed pollen grains per cubic meter of air sampled for the day.
Ragweed, still present in the atmosphere, would then have been at 0.3 grains of ragweed pollen per cubic meter of air sampled for each day. That would be LOW and close to almost NO ragweed pollen.
